What is CSM?

Located in midtown Sacramento, California, Capitol School of Ministry was birthed out of the vision of pastors Mark Cullum and Gene Saunders. The purpose of CSM is practical, and theologically sound, Spirit empowered training for ministry. With a commitment to partner with the Holy Spirit to form leaders for the harvest, CSM has developed its program to incorporate an integrated approach essential to the growth and learning of potential leaders. CSM's location in the heart of Sacramento provides an ideal environment for ministry training.

The MISSION OF CSM:

Capitol School Of Ministry exists to partner with the Holy Spirit to empower leaders for effective ministry through practical ministry experience and focused educational training.

The VISION of CSM's Spirit Formed Discipleship:

Whether you are a new disciple or have lived a little longer in Christ we are excited that you have chosen Capitol School of Ministry! We are working together to promote, equip and empower Spirit Filled, Spirit Led, and Spirit Formed Disciples.

Though education provides essential foundational elements to ministry, we recognize that it alone does not ensure effective ministry. In fact, Christian maturity, integrity, discipline in lifestyle, and excellence in relationships are all important aspects to our life, ministry, and calling.
