Ashley McClintock's Bio

Something I want people to know about me:
I come across as shy at first, but once you get to know me, I can talk your ear off!

Why I am serving in ministry:
I love knowing that God is using me and that my small part plays into the bigger picture.

Interests:
I am currently taking online classes for a degree in Graphic Design, as well as developing my own line of jewelry.

Something people wouldn’t think about me:
I love getting lost, and am a little disappointed with the invention of GPS.

Favorite books:
I love to get lost in the world of fiction, with authors like Karen Kingsbury and Nicholas Sparks. I have also made it my goal to read as many of “the classics” as I can.

Music interests:
I am really into indie and singer/songwriter style music, as well as rock. Some favorites right now are: Future of Forestry, JJ Heller, Shane & Shane, The Almost, and Phil Wickham.

Favorite Movies/TV series:
I love to laugh, so comedies are always a favorite, especially romantic ones (I know, so cliché). I also love Disney and am not ashamed to watch cartoons.

Favorite Bible verse:
A verse that brings comfort to me is Isaiah 41:13: “For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” The image of God literally taking you by your hand to walk with you through life’s difficulties is such a demonstration of the great love He has for us and the strength He gives to us.
